University of Idaho 好处 Advisory Group
目的
The Active 好处 Advisory Group is comprised of faculty and staff members who represent constituent employee groups across all University of Idaho locations.
The Retiree 好处 Advisory Group includes representatives from the University of Idaho Retirees Association (UIRA) who represent all UIRA members.
The advisory groups are independent of one another and work with university administrators and executives. Group members advise and make recommendations to senior leadership on what plan design changes, 如果有任何, should be considered or undertaken to ensure the active and retiree health plans meet the needs of the members and remain solvent, affordable and performing.
